Life Transition Coaching
Meet Your Coach
My career has been focused in technology, supporting teams as an analyst, product owner, and delivery manager.

If those titles don't mean much to you, that's okay. At their core, my role has been helping teams break down complex problems, manage competing priorities, and reflect on what is working and where there are opportunities to improve.

Over time, I realized that many of these same skills can be directly applied to navigating life's transitions: understanding the complexity of the change, identifying the next most important step, and focusing your energy where it matters most.

As a coach, my role is not to give advice or tell you what you should do. There are probably already plenty of people in your life with opinions who are happy to share them.
Â
My role is to help understand the change you are facing, uncover what matters most, and move forward with intention.

Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me with a good book, at the gym, or spending time with my husband and our Bernedoodle, Sprinkles.

What is Coaching?
Coaching isn't about giving answers, it's about creating the space and structure to help you discover your own.

It is a collaborative process designed to help you:

-
Understand what is changing
-
Explore possibilities
-
Identify what matters most
-
Make decisions with confidence
-
Move forward intentionally
-
Provide accountability

Together we create space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful action.
